- Led design for the Giving Hub in the PayPal app — a destination for discovering and donating to fundraisers and charities, managing favorites, and creating crowdfunding campaigns. Resulted in a 250% increase in first-time users, a 37% rise in total payment volume, and a 3.8% boost in end-to-end interactions.
- Led the redesign of the Donate Button into a full suite of fundraising solutions (Donation Pages), adding cover-the-fees, fundraising goals, donor comments, custom imagery, and recurring donations. Generated $3.2M from 5,700 merchants within six months; boosted recurring donations by 7.5% and donate button creation by 37%.
- Led identity design for passwordless login — including 2FA, Mobile ID, Fingerprint Login, OTP, and Trusted Device Login. Enhanced OTP for Login increased conversion by 10bps, generating $800K in additional revenue. Contributed to 51 million confirmed mobile numbers, including 9 million new.
